Welcome to Epworth Martial Arts – Our community centre based gym is perfect for any Families looking to getting involved in Martial Arts.
We are known for our confidence boosting classes and great learning atmosphere. Plus, the many success stories from our Adults from Weight loss to becoming the next champion.
Our lessons for 3 – 6 years old is called the Mini Dragons Program this age specific program is aimed to give your child a safe martial art work out and also a healthy mind work out too. Our 40-minute classes will ensure they burn off lots of energy all while making new friends and building skills like Confidence, Focus, Listening and so much more!
Anyone aged between 6 and 12 will be welcome to join our Ninja Kids program. Our Ninja Kids sessions not only teach children powerful life lessons that include Respect, Courtesy, Discipline and honesty but give them a great skill for life. Plus, with short term goals moving up their belt grades they will stay motivated and focused! Our 60-minute classes will be something they look forward too every week
For anyone aged 12 or over, you are welcome to join in our many Adult Kickboxing lessons or Female Kickboxing which are high paced cardio lessons with all the skill and technique for learning kickboxing. We have a range of people take part in our classes from Mums to Dads, Aunties, Uncles and Even Grandparents too! Each lesson is designed to push you to a new level of fitness and teach you everything you need to become a black belt.
